Conveniently order bread rolls online. Here’s how it works:
You don't want to prepare breakfast yourself? Then book a well-balanced, hearty breakfast with your holiday apartment at a later date.
Strengthen yourself in the morning with a delicious breakfast directly in your holiday apartment. The bread rolls are delivered fresh to your door by 7.30 am. So you can start the day energised and ready to go whenever you want.
Bookings for breakfast (for at least 2 consecutive days) and repeat orders for the following day can be made online or at reception until 4.00 pm. And what you don't eat, you can also take with you on your excursion or home.
Here you will find everything you need to know about the cable car fares and timetables in summer and winter.
Good to know: From your first night on, you can use the SaastalCard on the cable cars in the Saas Valley free of charge in summer (except on Metro Alpin).
For our guests who stay more than 7 nights, we offer a free intermediate cleaning and a free change of towels on request from the 8th night onwards.
If guests would like to have the terry linen changed in between, we charge a surcharge of CHF 12.- per set of linen.

All our holiday apartments are equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine. You will find 1 capsule per person in the ‘Montela Kitchen Essentials’ welcome pack in the apartment kitchen on arrival. We offer these to you as a small gift. Additional capsules can be purchased at the reception desk.
In addition, we have a filter coffee machine incl. filter in every holiday apartment. Filters for refilling are also available against payment at the reception.
You can order your documents to be copied at reception. We charge you CHF 0.40 per copy, CHF 2.00 per transparency copy.

We kindly ask you to leave your holiday apartment on the day of departure by 09 a.m. at the latest, so that the next guest can also move into his or her holiday apartment at the time of arrival.
Please pay for your stay by the evening before departure at the latest.
If you would like to store your luggage on the day of departure, we will be happy to provide you with our storage room free of charge until your departure.
If possible, we are also happy to offer you a late check-out.

There is a fire blanket in the wardrobe in every apartment. The information sheet "What to do in the event of a fire" is also placed in every apartment.
A fire extinguisher is located in the stairwell on the ground floor as well as on floors 2 and 4.
You will also find an escape plan on the back of the apartment door. Please read the documents when you arrive so that you know what to find where in case of an emergency. This can save lives.
The marked collection points are located at the carports.
Stay active on holiday too! Our new fitness room in the basement of House C is available to all Montela guests free of charge and offers everything you need for an effective workout. From fitness, strength or endurance - here you can keep your body in shape in addition to the outdoor activities.
The fitness room is open daily from 7.00am - 10.00 pm.

Enjoy your privacy in your accommodation with a delicious fondue chinoise or glacier fondue with fresh, high-quality meat from the local butcher's shop.
Or how about a fine cheese fondue from the regional cheese dairy and fresh farmhouse bread from our own bakery?
Order by 4.00 pm for the following day by telephone on: +41 27 922 03 38 or directly at reception and we will deliver the products with all the ingredients directly to your door by 6.30 pm.
Relaxing is that easy.
For the sake of the environment, we fill Birchermüsli, fruit salad and yoghurt in reusable jars. These are cleaned and reused after use.
We ask our guests to leave these reusable glasses in the kitchen when clearing out the fridge before departure.
If you would like to take home leftovers that you have not eaten, you are welcome to pick up a container at reception to take home.

So that all guests can have a relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.
For our guests up to 14 years of age, we have set up an indoor playland with a funbox, ball pool, climbing wall, chilling area with Wi-Fi and much more in House B on a total area of 140m2.
The use of the indoor playland is at your own responsibility. Parents are liable for their children.
Children under 5 years of age may only use the facility if accompanied by an adult.

Irons and ironing boards are available in the laundry room in the basement of the house.
At check-in you will receive two apartment cards (keys) from us. These are programmed exclusively for your holiday apartment, as well as for the entrance door and the ski room.
The entrance door is open from 6 a.m. and is closed at 10 p.m. After that you can open it with your key card.
The entrance via the reception lounge is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Would you prefer to sleep late in the morning or have breakfast and leave a little later?
In low season on request, we offer our Montela Holiday Stay guests the possibility for a late check-out at the following additional costs.

Our new lounge by the reception in house D is the ideal meeting place to enjoy a good time with friends and family. From coffee and regional wines to refreshing aperitifs and cocktails, our bar menu offers something for everyone. In summer, you can also make yourself comfortable on our large sun terrace.
The Montela Lounge & Bar is open during reception opening hours for internal and external guests as well as locals.
And the big highlight: you can also buy the exquisite wines on the bar menu in our shop to take home.

One parking space per holiday apartment is available to our guests in our own parking spaces at the resort.
The carports are reserved for our hotel guests with Montela Premium Stay.

In front of house B, in the summer, there is our playground with a small play tower and slide as well as swings. Additional seating for parents is available.
The best way to travel from A to B in the Saas Valley is by PostBus.
Good to know: All PostBus trips in the Saas Valley are also included (not valid for arrival and departure with PostBus).
Each holiday apartment is equipped with a small but fine DAB+ radio in the living area.

Our guests receive their personal SaastalCard by e-mail from the tourist office of the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region (please also note the SPAM folder).
The SaastalCard allows you to easily and conveniently move around the Saas Valley throughout the year!
From your first night on, you can use the SaastalCard on the cable cars in the Saas Valley free of charge in summer (except on Metro Alpin). A shoe shine machine is available in the basement of house D directly next to the lift. You will find a brush for heavily soiled shoes in the ski and bike room. You will also find a washbasin in the laundry room. There is also a shoe shine pad by your locker.
All our holiday apartmentes are non-smoking apartmentes. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony or in front of the main entrance.
Would you like to conveniently leave your skis and ski boots in the ski area in the evening after skiing?
We have reserved five lockable ski lockers for our holiday guests in the Kreuzboden-Hohsass ski area directly in the Kreuzboden middle station. One ski locker has space for the equipment of 4 people (skis + ski boots).

In the basement of the houses A, B, C, D and F there is a ski room, which you can also reach directly via the outside staircase. Each holiday apartment has a lockable box. The key is in the apartment.
There is also a ski boot heater in the ski room. Please put your boots properly on the ski boot heater.
The Montela Pavilion has its own ski boot heating in the basement and the House Antares has its own ski boot heating on the ground floor.
In winter you can hire various sledges from us at reception for CHF 5 per day. Prices and details are available at reception.

In each house there is a laundry room for general use in the basement with several washing machines and tumble dryers. Payment is made in cash (coins).
Montela Pavilion:

Casa Antares – Apartment 11 and Apartment 12:
Guests of these two apartments can use the laundry room in House A or D opposite. House A or D have a laundry room in the basement for communal use with several washing machines and tumble driers.
Casa Antares:
Guests of the Casa Antares can use the laundry room in House D. A communal laundry room with several washing machines and tumble driers is available for free use in the basement. Guests can obtain free cash for the laundry room from reception.
Washing machines and tumble driers may not be used between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

On arrival, a 35 L bag is provided for you in each apartment. The bag must be paid for. You can purchase additional bags in any shop or at our reception.
Before your departure, please dispose of the bags in the containers provided at our recycling station by the road by the stream.
You will also find other containers for the disposal of glass, PET and aluminium at our recycling station.
To avoid food waste, you are welcome to pick up containers for leftover food from reception. Please throw any leftover food that is no longer usable in the normal rubbish.
Please do not dispose of waste via the toilet or drains.
Guests in all our houses have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi.
